Remove the red "pause" icon in Parallels

Is it possible to remove the Shared App Icon Overlay with the Parallels Logo? There is blogpost about that at http://www.freakified.net/news/getting-rid-of-the-ugly-pause-icon-in-parallels-6/ But it doesnt work for Parallels 10. Any suggestions?

Please open Parallels Desktop >> after the Apple symbol at the top of your screen you will see Parallels Desktop, click on it >> Preferences >> General >> Parallels Menu (First option) >> Un-check "Show Parallels icon in menu bar".
