I uninstalled Parallels from my Mac a while back, but Windows 10 applications still show up on Spotlight. I have removed everything under ~/Library/Parallels, /System/Parallels as well, but that doesn't seem to help. Any idea on how to remove these Windows apps from showing up on Spotlight even when Parallels is uninstalled?
