I have two virtual Windows on my iMac, one w/Windows 7 and one w/Windows 8.1. The Windows 7 Virtual windows is corrupted, Windows doesn't fully load (i.e. no Start Menu) and get error messages for IE and Windows Explorer. IE won't work at all.

If I remove the Virtual Window so as to do a clean install of Windows 7, and choose to keep the files, where are the files. Is there still a C: drive in a Virtual Windows, or do I find them some other way?

    Hello Oldsid,
you can follow the steps suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/5029 to remove un used Virtual machine, if you choose "Keep files" if you wish to access to the files saved in this virtual machine later. The virtual machine will be removed from the Virtual Machine list but it will remain in its original location. the actual location of the .pvm (Parallels Virtual Machine ) file in /Users/username/Documents/Parallels/ or /Users/Shared/Parallels/
