Hello,
We have an "old" application and we would like to use 2x AppServer. Problem is the application is only able to access to Windows printers with names shorter/equal 8 characters (there is an table inside the app with the assigned Printername)
I tried to rename to "2xPrint" on the Terminal Server. But we got an error from the 2x Client if i try to use it. Everytime 2x-Agent on the TS is recreating a new printer with "2x Universal Printer".
Any ideas how i can solve this problem? I can not change the application!
