Renewed license, paid for, but not working

Hi,

i just got today a yearly renewal of Parallels, something I thought I had removed as I only tried it a year ago and think i removed mynaccount and so on.
Anyway if thats on me, I now have paid a yearly license but cant use it.

The license code I got a year ago does not work, it says license registered to another account. And I have two accounts, for some reason, but neither work. And the email this was sent to and paid paypal, shouldnt that my the account the license is for?
