Renewing Apple Push Notification Certificate

I'm trying to renew the Apple Push Certificate and the portal ask for a signed csr and while i know how to get the initial signed certificate i can't find how to get a signed csr.
 
Hi Christian,

Please read the PMM administrators guide: section Configuring Parallels MDM Server > Step 5: APNs Certificate.
There is a note: "You can also use this page to renew an expired certificate. To do so, select the Generate a new APNs certificate option and then follow the instructions provided in the Generate an APNs Certificate section that follows this one."

Please follow these instructions. Hope this helps.
