I cannot renew my subsription of the ToolBox. The license is expired. If I try to renew it and confirm the payment instructions the process stops. The payment process via Paypal doesn't start. What can I do?

Meanwhile the problem is solved. I changed the payment instruction vom paypal to bank account. Then it worked.
