Boa tarde. ontem tentei, novamente renovar a licença, dessa vez um cartão foi aprovado, mas até agora não chegou email com confirmação e com a nova licença.
 
Hi, could you please provide us with the purchase order number? Or email which you used for purchasing?
Also please let us know which version of Parallels Desktop would you like to purchase?
 
Estou tentando renovar a versão 14.1.3, Copyright 2005-2019 Parallels International GmbH, o email é iadgpuava.secretaria@hotmail.com. Não cheguei receber protocolo, após passar o cartão, apareceu a mensagem afirmando que receberíamos um email, mas não chegou nada.

I've found your purchase in our internal system and resend the email copy to you.
