I am writing to request a refund for an accidental duplication purchase of Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard (1 Year) subscription made on Nov 26, 2024.

The details are the following:

2. Reference #486261798: Your Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard(1 Year) subscription

I kindly request the cancellation and refund of the first subscription (Reference #486261683), as it was an unintended duplicate purchase.
