Request refund for no usage of Parallel for mac

I request a refound of 99,99€ withdraw on my account on may 6th 2024.

I didn't sign for a auto renew of the license.
I've purchase it last year I didn't use it during fews months lately.

Could you please proceed to a refound and full cancellation of this yearly renew.
I don't have any information related to my account expect the email I've used to subscribed in 2023.
