Resetting the associated license key

Hello,

Currently, 2 of the 10 keys we have are not in use but were used previously.
We are encountering error when attempting to activate these keys on a different computer.
We no longer have access to the old computers where these keys were used. Could you please release these 2 keys?
I can share these 2 license keys privately with the relevant person.
