Resizing Hard Drive

I originally set up my virtual machine (XP) with an 8GB dynamic hard drive. All has been working well. I now need more hard drive space. Since the hard drive did not expand, I used the disk utility to change the drive to a 25GB fixed hard drive. Both OSX and Parallels are acknowledging the change. However, Windows XP is still seeing an 8GB drive.

Does anyone have this problem or know of a solution?
