Resizing on reopen from minimised

I'm using MBPR, Parallels9, Windows 8.1
Some times when I open VM from minimised, it resizes to smaller size also all open windows application (normal mode)
I tried all option in full screen settings (e.g. Auto, Stretch and Keep Ration)
Also tried, re-installing parallel tools
This is very annoying. It almost making parallels un-usable.

I searched KB, I can't find any solution so far.

I already tried that and checked all other KB articles. Nothing helped. Every thing is fine except the VM window becomes smaller when I click on minimised VM.
Because of this issue, most of the time I'm using just bootcamp. My MBPR hasn't got any complex software.
