resizing screen in Coherence Mode

I am running a program in Coherence Mode. Unfortunately, I must have accidentally pressed some keys, and the Windows program has taken over my entire Mac screen. There's no way that I can find to re-size the screen (i.e., no place on the lower-right corner of the window to grab and make the screen narrower and shorter).

Help!!!

 

control+option brings the focus back to the mac. if you're in full screen mode, option+command+return takes you back to windowed mode.
