Resolution XP by Parallels 8 in Mac 15 Retina

I change my Mac Book Pro and now with Retina Display Xp is too little for me.
I have tried to change resolution inside Xp but it works only until I m in full vision then it comes back to maximum resolution and all is too little to work on it.

Does I make any mistake?
