Issue: We downgraded the subscription. The system will not allow us to remove the additional resources that were part of the higher plan: Dedicated IP Address 10 additional Domains with DNS hosting - should set to 5 as included with the bronze plan. Tried to downgrade from Cp: "Upgrade Center" -> "Buy Resources" Error: "Resource 'Number of domains with DNS hosting provided' cannot be decreased." Cause: Main cause of this issue is that, if the option "Allow resource usage downgrade" disabled for that particular subscription in the upgrade manager.
