Restore files from Time Machine?

I've lost some Windows files, and I believe that what I need to do is to restore my hdd file from Time Machine, right? But I can't find the hdd file in Time Machine. (In fact, I can't even find it in Finder.)

How can I find and restore my previous Windows files?
