    Hey there,

Just recorded a long video and I ran out of space so it stopped recording. I had finished anyway, but for the first time ever, for some reason the video has not appeared on my desktop. This has never happened before; videos always just save automatically in this situation - I am constantly using up all my space and then transferring footage to my hard drive, it has never been a problem, the video still saves from Parallels.

Is there any way I can retrieve the video? I've not found an obvious container for temporary Parallels files. It is a quite disasterous loss, I would be EXTREMELY grateful for a solution.

I've run a Stellar data recovery scan, and it's found a long list of small "DVM" files. Could this be the video, separated into small files? All together they are around the same size. Unfortunately the software does not specify their creation date, and it costs a lot to restore, so I'd rather be sure before I waste money I don't have...

Thanks so much for any suggestions you might have,

    B

I mean FLC files! There are also 4 DVM files but they are documents.

Oh and they are *all* 10 MB in size. There are 783 files, and the total size of the data found (close to 7.8 GB) would suggest that this could indeed represent a single video file
