Retina Macbook Pro - Windows 7 NO Network Connection!!

I'm in a bit of a pickle ... I don't seem to have any network connection running windows 7 in parallels with my mac.

Mac - Main OS
W7 - Guest OS

Tried all possible configs .. Is it me or is this an ongoing issue with parallels ?
