I had to send my Macbook Pro in for repair (they'll be replacing the logic board). When it returns it will be wiped and I'll be restoring it from a clone. In the meantime, I am running from another MBP launched using the clone drive as an external USB. When I launched parallels it asked for my activation key and deactivated the other mac. So far so good!

What will be the procedure to return to use parallels on my original MBP after it returns from Apple repair and I have restored it from the clone? Thanks

  2. Hi, after deactivation, yo will be able to activate your Parallels Desktop without any issues.
Also we've checked your key and reset it from our side. But if you see any issues with activation please let us know, we will be glad to help you with it.
