Reverting Snapshots

Why does nothing happen when I use Actions>Revert to Snapshot?

When I load a VM with a number of Snapshots already present and I then want to go back to a previous Snapshot I seem to have 2 options:
1. I can select a particular Snapshot from the Control Panel and click on the Delete button
2. I can go to the main program toolbar and under the Actions menu, select the Revert to Snapshot option. However nothing appear to happen? I notice that this option is missing from the right-click pop-up menu on a Snapshot, does this mean the option is not valid?

Hi, thanks for that. I saw that article but don't believe it applies - I've a new 2Tb drive which has very little on it. There is no error message simply that when I select the Action>Revert to Snapshot, nothing appears to be happening.

Hello NicholasW3, please start the virtual machine and go to Actions(On the Mac menu bar) > Manage Snapshots and send us the screenshot of it to assist you further. Thanks!
