Reverting to 1862 beta

Does anyone know if I can simply install the 1862 beta over the existing 1884 beta or would I need to uninstall the 1884 build first? I really hesitate to do the latter simply because there have been a lot of changes made to the Guest OS sides of things that I would hate to lose - especially e-mail.

Uninstalling Parallels with the supplied uninstaller does not delete the VM files including the .hdd files. Your VMs will still be there when you reinstall Parallels.
