Revit Quick Access Toolbar not responding

Has anyone experience using Revit but not able to use the buttons on the quick access toolbar? These are the buttons at the very top: minimize, 'X', 3D button, Thin Lines, etc etc - none of the buttons work. Not even the save button. I've had to create keyboard shortcuts for everything as a workaround. I've experienced the issue on Revit 2022 and 2024.
