Right click in a folder using finder and (add new) for document types

Even just to be able to add a rich text or .txt file extension would be valuable. OSX makes you do this the long way around. instead you have to already have the application open and navigate to the path manually each time. Sometimes you just want to create a quick .txt in a folder without the hassle.
