Roblox has a Black Screen?

Whenever I launch a game in Roblox the game loads but the screen is black like I can see the player's names but everything but the UIS and the chat is black. I am on a Mid-2010 Macbook pro-13-inch using parallels desktop. I even tried using the windows store version of Roblox still black. Hope to get help soon.

Yes I'm using 16 I have used this product about half a year ago and it had the same problem. I hope something can be solved out.

Did you play with the Graphic VM settings and check the issue?

 

Whats the graphic vm settings

 

Virtual machine configurations -> Hardware -> Graphics -> Memory -> Choose 2 GB and check the issue.

 

I ran out of the trial and cannot afford it anymore sadly so I cant check

 

Hi there, I'm fortunately having the same problem. I have set it to 2GB and I have tried messing around with the virtual settings. Still nothing!
