Rogue F6 key

My F6 key has gone rogue...

For the purposes of operating my CAD program in Windows 10, in system preferences (OSX 10.13.4) I have checked the box, "use F1, F2 etc. as standard function keys".

Now, all of the key assignments I have set in my CAD program are happy, except for F6... Hitting the F6 key toggles me out of Windows 10 and back to the OSX desktop.

How do I stop this...?

Hello StuartD2. Please refer the steps from this article and uncheck Show and Hide Parallels Desktop option. Then restart the virtual machine and check if it works fine.
