    Guest OS 1 = Windows XP 32bit
    Guest OS 2 = Windows 8 64bit

I've been experiencing some crashes, more often than not with the Windows 8 guest OS. At one point I had to actually kill the prl_vm_app64 process to get PW6 to quit.

When I went to kill it, I noticed something REALLY bizarre. In the Linux Task Manager it the RSS for prl_vm_app64 is listed as being 16,777,216 TERRABYTES!!!! I've only got 16gb total memory in my computer, and the Guest OS is set to for 4Gb. Why would it be showing the larger number?

I'm using a 30 day evaluation version so don't have a support contract. Additionally, when I tried talking with support they told me they wouldn't support W8, despite the fact it's listed as a possible Guest OS in the pull-down menu.

Anybody experienced this problem themselves? If so, were you able to fix it?

    Thanks,

    Robert
