Run apps using different user

Hello.

I am running my Mac with a local user - and therefore my Windows 10 on Parallels is running the local user as well.

But when I run Active Directory Users and Computer, I need to run it using a specific user inside a domain.

Can I run an app using a different user, like I can typically use in Windows?

Thanks. That's not what I was looking for, but I was able to figure it out through Group Policy editor.
