Run Time Error when using an Excel Add-In

I tested Parallels for my boss on a MiniMac, we particularly wanted to use a certain Excel Add-In, it worked fine for me so my boss purchased Parallels but when he tried to use the add-in on his Mac we got the attached Run-Time error?
As it works fine on a MiniMac why would it not work on a normal Mac?
Could the add-in conflict with another application on his Mac?

Hi @paul, Did you try reinstalling Microsoft office and also let us know your Parallels Desktop version and Windows OS version.
