rundll error upon Windows 7 Ultimate startup

I have looked everywhere but cannot find anything pertaining to the following error:

RUNDLL
There was a problem starting C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Parallels\Parallels\Tools\ShellExtensions\SharedHostAppsShExt.dll

The specified module could not be found.

I believed I configured this VM to be shared (in my case, across 3 profiles) and I do not have access to the VM unless I am in the profile that originally configured the VM. Also have library issues that pop up.

I'm open to suggestions. Yes, I'm in over my head but can follow directions! Thanks in advance for any help.
 
RUNDLL error: I was able to MANUALLY re-install Parallels Tools to rid myself of the issue. Seems to have also taken care of the library issues. HOWEVER I still cannot SHARE the VM across the 3 profiles I have set up for the family on the MAC.
