Running Parallels desktop on 2 iMacs w/ Quickbooks, need help!

Hi,

We recently installed parallels desktop w/ Windows 7 onto 2 iMacs. We would like run Quickbooks on parallels end w/ the 2 computers. I understand that a multiuser license would be needed, but I can't figure out where the company files should be located in order for the computers to share the Quickbooks. Any help would be appreciated =)

Any suggestions? I'm a newbie to parallels & is having some difficulty with quickbooks
