Running Windows 11 Pro on Parallels 20 Pro - can't update to 24H2

I have Parallels 20.1.2 and Windows 11 Pro but can't get it to update from 23H2 to 24H2. Is this one of Microsoft's updates where everyone gets it on different days or is there a way of triggering the update?
 
I cannot update from 22H2, update fails with error code. Checked TPM and disabled/re-enabled as per instructions found on another thread, now I get an error about TPM on starting Windows, I have found threads on this error, but none had any solutions (just some stock answers about disabling and enabling TPM). My subscription ends in September and I will not be renewing it as I have wasted 3 days trying to get Windows 11 to update.
