runtime error printing to 2X universal and Savin 940 printer

Runtime Error! Programc:\program files\2X\VDS\VirtualPrinter\x32\2xdisp.exe

Any ideas on what may be causing this? Running client 8.1.870 2X universal printer printing to a Savin 940 Printer.

what 2x aslb version are you using? server side
what is the windows server version you are using?
does it happen always?
check the event log and get the full information of exception
