SAML not able to open desktop using HTML

Hello,

I am currently setting up a new environment for a customer. Everything seems to work except when I open a desktop through HTML. It works fine if I use the client but when I try to open it on the browser I get this error where I need to type the password. I have integrated the authentication with SAML through Azure AD. When I look at the event logs in the RDS session host I get the error attached to this message.

Have any of you had the same issue? i have already created a support ticket.

@LuisS9 This was a known issue in 19.3 server. Can you please make sure that you are using version v19.3.1.1-24621 of Parallels RAS on the server-side?
 
Hello , Thank you for your answer.

I am using v19.3.24619.

It works when I open an application using the browser but does not work with Desktop.
