SATA IO timeout on Windows 7 boot

After upgraded, the Windows startup becomes to slower and show the "SATA IO time out" error every time and I found your forums have the same problem. May I know how to deal this trouble you made, it has been a long time and upgraded several times when it had happened which every time I supposed your technician can solve as soon as possible?
