Screen Resolution only showing 1920x1200 for 2019 4K iMac.

I am having a problem. I used to be able to select 4608x2592, and after I did a windows update, along with a Parallels update to latest version and new parallel tools, I now only have the lower resolutions available. Nothing else changed, other than the updates. Please advise on any assistance. I've reinstalled parallel tools, and for some reason it is just not recognizing that I have higher resolution on my 4K iMac.
