SCSI-Tapedrive useable in Guest OS ?

I have an internal SCSI-controller installed in my mac, with an external SCSI-tapedrive (Quantum DAT72) connected. Booting Windows XP native via bootcamp lets me use this drive perfectly.

Is there any way to connect this external drive into my virtual machines ?
