Security Update for Windows XP

I'm running Parallels Desktop 5.0.9344 on an iMac OS 10.5.8. Windows XP wants to install a security update. I get the following error message: The following update were not installed: Security Update for Windows Media Format Runtime 9, 9.5 & 11 for Windows XP SP3 (KB954155). Any suggestions?
