Selling Parallels software and License transfer possible?

Hello, I am no longer going to be using my Parallels 7 Desktop for Mac license, am I allowed to sell the software, and if so how can I go about transferring the license key to the new owner?

I don't see why not, but that's my personal opinion, but anyway I know this, that if you registered your license key it cannot be unregistered. BUT you can change all data of your account (including email) to the buyer's details, well, provided you only have registered your Parallels Desktop there.
