Separate Partition for Windows 10

Hi All
I am new to parallels. I have a mac and i want to use windows in parallels desktop. I want to do the following and need you help and suggestions

I have created a partition in Mac that i want parallels to use for Windows installation and All windows softwares.
I cannot see that partition in Parallels when windows is running.

Hi, could you please provide us with the screenshot of the issue?
 
Its not an issue. I just want to have a particular Mac partition that i created shown in Parallels.
