Serious issues with Overwatch

Hi all,

I bought Parallels specifically so I could play Overwatch on my Macbook Pro. My specs are 8G ram, 2.9GhZ i5, and Intel Iris Graphics 6100. It's a brand-new laptop, and all of my software both on the host machine and Windows 10 image is fully updated. But, Overwatch doesn't work. When I try to launch it, I can hear the menu music but see nothing but a black screen. Occasionally, mousing over where menu items should be causes the screen to briefly appear. This also frequently crashes my image of Windows 10. I've tried to re-install Overwatch, but that has done nothing. I've also tried to see if I can get it to open in windowed mode, but there seems to be no way to do this without actually being in the game. Does anyone have any solutions? Otherwise I've just wasted a fair bit of cash, especially when multiple sources tell me that this should be possible.

Thanks

What's more, I am the same equipment and it is brand new with both mac and windows. I can not play on overwatch the same way as yours.
