Just upgraded today and faced several problems (MBP 17" running XP):
1. Parallels Tools: it won't install; nor will the old one uninstall; nor is the .iso image working for installing - so, no coherence, sounds don't work
2. IE 7: some websites that worked before now totally do not
3. Sound: probably a Parallels Tools issue: the sound doesn't work anymore in Windows XP
So, i am uninstalling 5160 and reinstalling the previous version
