Several Questions About Student License and Upgrades

Hi,

I bought a student license for PD8. I'm wondering if there's any restriction of usage/
1. May I use it for commercial activities (e.g. develop commercial software in Windows in PD).
2. If I graduated, can I still use it?
3. Is there a discount on upgrading?
4. If I bought the PD9 upgrades, does my license still remains in student license or it automatically switched to commercial license?
