When I Quit Parallels Toolbox, I get this message

But the full list of tools could be find here.

 

That really doesn't answer my question.

 

In other words, the message you get when you quit Parallels Toolbox simply refers to the various tools that you can use in Parallels Toolbox. Those tools/features are hosted by the Parallels Toolbox application, so quitting the same disables the said tools. That's what the message means.
