Hello,
I can't remote control (shadow) user sessions. The following error occurs:
"The installed RDP control version does not support shadowing. Minimum required control version is 6.3."
The RDP version on the management server (from which I want to shadow the user sessions) is 10.0.20348.2849, and on the RDS hosts it is 10.0.26100.2308.
Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks in advance!
