Share files between host and guest macOS

Hi,
I am running Mojave with Parallels 15 on a 2018 iMac with High Sierra as a guest OS on an external SSD. I have been unable to share files or folders between the two OS's. I set the options in File Sharing, but nothing shows up. Any suggestions or guidance or reference to documentation would be appreciated.

Hello, @CarlY2 Please try reinstalling Parallels Tools within the Guest OS from Actions -> Reinstall Parallels and if that doesn't work try moving the PVM file to the internal drive to see if that works.
