Share files between two Windows VMs

Bit poster
I have two Windows VMs - Win7-64 and XP (for some 32 bit programs). I wish to access Win7 files from XP. How would I set up the share in Win7?

Hello DLAnderson,

Please enable "Bridge Ethernet network" on both of your Windows Virtual Machine so that both of your Windows will be connected to the same network to access the files. Go to Virtual Machine configuration from ( http://kb.parallels.com/117287 ) > Hardware > Network 1 > Network type > Bridged Network > Default adapter
