Share hosts file between VMs or use host OS as DNS server?

I use 4 separate MS Windows (XP and 7) VMs in parallels to test various versions of IE, FF etc for web development. Unfortunately I can't get a fixed IP on my work network and my network subnet is different between home and office. That means I get to edit my hosts file in each VM every time I boot up my MacBook and want to do some browser testing. I maintain virtual hosts on my Mac for each project and they point to localhost so I have no IP issues on the OS X side. So, with that in mind...is there a way to tell the XP and Windows 7 instances to either use the OS X host OS as a DNS or somehow create aliases for the various hosts files to point to a single host file external to each of the instances?

In this case you can configure more than one IP, Gateway in your windows 7 and win VM so that where ever you go that can meet the IP and gateway for that network.
