In the Mac Share Menu, how can I set up sending via the Outlook of the Windows VM (and not via Apple Mail), e.g. from Safari?
In a previous Parallels Windows VM, this was possible (it said "via Windows Mail app"; and in Windows, the default mail app can be set to Outlook).

Who can help me?

short update on this - have accidentally discovered the following article: https://kb.parallels.com/de/124738?language=jp

and after i discovered that you have to define the mail client (from which you want to send) not via the brwoser (from which you want to send) but via the apple mail app, everything works now. i can send e.g. from safari via outlook.
