Shared folder caused winxp to freeze regularly?

Hello,

I have this painfull experience that I have to close parallels forcefully, because winxp guest is frozen from time to time. I noticed that this problem only appears when I have shared folder and/or USB disk enabled (with USB disk connected), and working with them (copying files from/to, or even only have explorer open the folder). Disabling both seems to solved the problem.
Anybody have similar problem?

I have seen very very slow response from the Shared Folder on the Windows side, but this is fixed by mapping a network drive to the shared folder within Windows. Access is then very snappy.

Thanks TDI - nice tip. I was always unhappy about the speed of accessing the shared folders but mapping them to a network drive really quickens things up.
